I know, I know. Another album. This is different, though!
Featuring music from The World Ends With You, Final Fantasy Type-0, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, & more, this album breathes new life into your favorite songs composed by Takeharu Ishimoto along with some surprises!
What is The Death March you ask?
Based on The World Ends With You's Reaper-comprised rock band Def Märch, The Death March consists of music producer Takeharu Ishimoto, T$UYO$HI (Bass / The Bonez, P.T.P), ZAX (Drums / The Bonez, P.T.P), Ko Kanza (Drums), Katou Tarou（Guitar / ex-BEAT CRUSADERS., -support-ZIGGY), JUNYA (Guitar / ex-MIDNIGHT SUNS), Stephanie (Vocals), and SAWA (Vocals).
They first became an official group in September 2013 when they began searching for new members, although a few of them had been working together since their very first The World Ends With You concert back in 2012. After playing a few concerts and recording for The World Ends With You -Crossover- & Crossover ~ Tribute albums, the group decided to finally become official and release an album together.
The Death March’s debut album will release September 17th 2014 for 3024 Yen ($30 USD), and limited print editions will come with a download code for audio files of The World Ends With You 1st LIVE concert that was held back in November 2012. Cover art for the album features the main members of The Death March, drawn by The World Ends With You character designer Gen Kobayashi.

Quick sketch of some KH bbs. Precious children of my heart.
You know what’s kinda cool?
If Jason Marsden gets signed on for Kingdom Hearts 3 without a character name for some reason, we’ll be stuck wondering if it’s
- Max Goof (A Goofy Movie)
- Noel Kreiss (Final Fantasy XIII-2)
- Kovu (The Lion King 2)
Gotta say I’d be extremely happy if any of them made an appearance!! :D
The link goes to the full theory, but the gist of it is this;
Master Xehanort is the reborn sixth apprentice from the Keyblade war. The other five faction leaders have also been returned to the world. Kingdom Hearts has brought these six hearts back to the Realm of Light to once again make the decision; maintain the worlds as is, or plunge them into darkness and begin anew.
Really, read the whole thing. It’s much better than my description of it here and the guy who made it put a ton of effort into it.
WOAH DONE (and so am I this did take some while)
I’m sorry that I didn’t invest as much time in the other requests as I did in this one, but it’s been so long since I last draw Riku, and it was much fun to do! Apart from that, these colour requests are one hell of a good chance for computer drawing colouration practice (not sure if this word exists).
So I hope you like your Riku! I’m quite satisfied with the way he turned out though the background was really more a spontaneous scribble than a really clever one…I could propably do that better, but I’m gonna let it rest as it is.
Riku from Kingdom Hearts (c) Shiro Amano & Square Enix & Tetsuya Nomura..I don’t actually know which names to write here
Art (c) me
playing with lighting. i also wanted to draw kairi as a bamf. i love her for real tho.
CommentsThe closer you get to the light, the greater your shadow becomes.
(to be redone and replaced by a much more badass shadow when I have the skill and patience for it. Ahahaha.)

Roxas and Xion modern day au where, plot twist, Roxas is finally able to go to the beach
It’s always the same routine, year after year. As soon as E3 concludes, we find ourselves anxiously waiting for Gamescom and the Tokyo Game Show to get our next fix of news and content. But what many often forget is that there are other events in that 3 month gap!
This is Japan Expo, an annual convention celebrating Japanese culture, history, products, and much more! This year, the event will be taking place from July 2 - 6 at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center.
Through a press release from Square Enix France, several titles have been confirmed to be playable at the event:
- Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
- Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMix
- Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call
- Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (Special Guest - Director & Producer: Naoki Yoshida)
This is the first chance for European fans to try out the highly anticipated remaster, so if you’re willing and able to attend, we highly encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity!
